Yes. Every order is placed and paid for online, so shipping is free across India with no minimum order value.

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of dispatch. You'll get a tracking link after checkout, or you can check status anytime from your account's order history.

Because fragrances can't be resold once opened, we don't offer general returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, though, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.

OOH! and DAMN are Eau de Parfum — a higher concentration that typically wears longer than an Eau de Toilette. Actual wear time varies with skin chemistry, climate, and how it's applied. Concentration for the newest Launch Collection fragrances (WOW, YUM, HMM) hasn't been finalized yet.

Use the tracking link sent to your email after checkout, check your order history from your account, or go straight to the tracking page with your order ID.

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway that supports cards, UPI, and net banking. POKOPOKO never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details.
