POLICIES

SHIPPING

Free shipping, across India.

Every order on POKOPOKO is placed and paid for online, so shipping is free nationwide — no minimum order value required.

DELIVERY TIME

3-5 business days.

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days of dispatch. You can track your order's status anytime from the link sent after checkout.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Free replacement for damaged or incorrect items.

Because fragrances can't be resold once opened, we don't offer general returns or exchanges — but a damaged or incorrect item is different. Report it within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Secure checkout, verified by Razorpay.

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. POKOPOKO never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details.
